During an initial telephone consultation we will discuss what has brought you or your child to counselling, your expectations of counselling and the practicalities of the sessions. We will then arrange a convenient time for us to meet for an initial session.

 

It is quite natural to feel anxious or nervous about an initial meeting but it is my aim to help you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. 

 

My fees are £65 per session, each session lasting 50 minutes and we would usually meet once a week. I am available for face to face and online therapy sessions on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. I  have a small number of sessions available at a subsidised rate for families on a low income, please contact me for further details.
